Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

During new product launches, sales, workshops, or holiday seasons, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience as we carefully prepare your order.

Shipping Methods

We ship orders using reliable carriers including USPS, UPS, and other available shipping services based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the items purchased and your delivery location.

Paint & Liquid Products

Due to the nature of paint and liquid products, shipping availability may vary depending on destination and carrier requirements. We carefully package all paint products to help prevent leaks or damage during transit.

Please inspect your package upon arrival. If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damaged packaging and products so we can assist you.

Local Pickup

Local customers may have the option to pick up orders at our location. Pickup availability and instructions will be provided after your order is placed.

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Please allow time for tracking information to update after your package has been picked up by the carrier.

Lost or Delayed Packages

E&R Creations is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather conditions, incorrect addresses provided at checkout, or circumstances outside of our control.

If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to help locate your shipment.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. E&R Creations is not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend your order.

Damaged or Missing Items

We carefully package each order before it leaves our shop. If your order arrives damaged or items are missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [your email address] with:
